RESOLUTION
RE: USE OF COMPUTER TIME FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES WITH
RESPECT TO A TWO MILE PORTION ON COUNTY ROAD 13.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, are vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Frank Smith, County Engineer of Weld County,
Colorado, has requested permission for thEruse of_ conputer time for
engineering design service with respect to a two mile portion of
County Road 13, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that
funds for said services were allowed in the 1977 Budget for the
County Engineer and that said request should therefore be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the use of computer
time for engineering design service with respect to a two mile
portion on County Road 13 on behalf of the County Engineer of •
Weld County, Colorado, be, and hereby is granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was; on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th day
of February, A.D. , 1977.
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the record
and signed on the 28th day of February, A.D. , 1977 .
