RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT,
USR12-0038, FOR A MINERAL RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT FACILITY, INCLUDING
AN OIL AND GAS SUPPORT AND SERVICE FACILITY (OIL AND GAS
ROUST-A-BOUT BUSINESS) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - WELLS
RANCH, LLLP
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 19th day
of September, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of
hearing the application of Wells Ranch, LLLP, 32010 County Road 63, Gill, Colorado 80624, for
a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR12-0038, for a
Mineral Resource Development Facility, including an Oil and Gas Support and Service Facility
(oil and gas roust-a-bout business) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, on the following
described real estate, to-wit:
Part of the NW1/4 of Section 32; part of the
E1/2SE1/4 of Section 30; and part of Section 29; all
in Township 6 North, Range 63 West of the 6th
P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to
allow Wells Ranch, LLLP, adequate time to present at the Weld County Planning Commission
meeting which was continued to October 2, 2012, at the applicant's request, and
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be continued to November 14, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
November 14, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
