Good morning—
I hope this email will answer a few of your questions:
All of our codes can be found on our website which is www.cityofevans.org
The landscaping code,which includes the specific references to Industrial properties,can be found here:

The City's greatest concern here would be screening of Two Rivers Parkway and screening/buffering of 37th. I
would be happy to review and comment on any landscaping plans that you might have.
Access to public streets is covered here: http://www.cityofevans.org/taxonomy/term/474. This also addresses
street impact fees and we can run a calculation for you as soon as you have more information about the traffic
patterns on the site.
I will forward you a copy of the Access Agreement adopted in March of 2001 as soon as I convert the file from
laserfische.
• We can also provide more specific comments based on site planning that you may have, and if you'd like us to
take a look at anything please forward that to me with a copy to Earl Smith, Public Works Director. I believe you
have his phone number and his email is esmith@ci.evans.co.us.

Great White Pressure Control has been attempting to obtain a Use by Special Review Permit from Weld County.
Your office reviewed the case under project number USR11-0028.
We have been asked to meet your concems in regards to the access onto Two Rivers Parkway and submit
evidence in writing.

Dear Sheryl,
Great White did present their USR before the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission recommended
approval of the USR.
The Planning Commission recommended that the applicant be required to address only the access
requirements/conditions outlined in your referral (not the landscaping and other conditions).The Planning
Commission strongly recommended that a representative from Evans be available at the Board of County
Commissioners Hearings.
The Board of County Commissioners Hearing is scheduled for 10 AM on Wednesday, February 29th at the same
location (1150 O Street).
