The actual dollar amount of sales proceeds received by Merit from wens covered by this check was the'Gross Value"shown,divided by 118.75%.To comply with the judgment,the actual dollar amount was
increased by 18.75%,and the increased value(shown below as"Gross Value")was utilized as the basis for calculating'Owner Value,' Owner Tax"and'Net Share.'
