for a road described in that Quit Claim Deed recorded in Book 76 at Page 223
of the Weld County Records, being in the West One—half (W2) of the Northwest
Quarter (N94) of Section Twenty—five (25) , Township Seven (7) , North of Range
Sixty-seven (67) , West of the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian, beginning at the
South right of way line of said property and extending Northerly for a distance
of approximately 750 feet to the farm improvements located on said property.
To Have and To Hold the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and priv-
ileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, in-
terest and claim whatsoever, of the said part y • of the first part, either in law or eqyity, to the only
