The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment,Water Quality Control Division is in a receipt of Letter of
Intent for the Use and Distribution of Biosolids for the above referenced site from Parker Ag Services,LLC.
Per the requirements of the Biosolids Regulation(5 CCR 1002-64,64.B)a determination as to the completeness of the
Letter of Intent will be made within 30 days of the date of this letter.You should have received a copy of the Letter of
Intent from Parker Ag Services,LLC.Please notify me otherwise.
Please call me at(303)691-4091 within 15 days of the date of this letter with questions,concerns or comments you may
have or with deficiencies you may have found in the Letter of Intent.
