RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Human Services Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Elizabeth Barber be reappointed to said board
as a private sector representative; that Jodi Hartmann be reappointed as a low income
representative; that Beth Danielson be reappointed as a low income representative, and that Tom
Teixeira be reappointed as a designee of elected officials, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Elizabeth Barber, Jodi Hartmann and
Tom Teixeira to said board, with terms to expire December 31, 2014, and that Beth Danielson be
reappointed to said board, with a term to expire December 31, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Elizabeth Barber, Jodi Hartmann, and Tom Teixeira be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Human Services Committee, with terms to expire December 31, 2014, and that
Beth Danielson be, and hereby is, reappointed to said board, with a term to expire December 31,
2013.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 16th day of April, A.D., 2012.
