IT IS UNDERSTOOD that these taps were purchased for the above described land and may not be transferred
to other land, without express, written consent, in addition to the below consent, of the CENTRAL WELD
COUNTY WATER DISTRICT. I/we further authorize the Secretary of said District to do any and all things
necessary to effectuate this transfer on the books and records of said District. Uwe hereby state that all water
rates and charges and other monies owed to the District have been paid and if not, shall be held out at the
closing of the sale of my/our premise.

I understand that you are requesting a letter from CWCWD approving a 5/8" tap at the Kersey Fire Departments new
location.There is already an active tap servicing this property that has been acquired by the fire department and
information in the Tap Assignment (see attached) shows proof of the transfer of the tap ownership from the previous
owner to the Kersey Fire Department, obviously CWCWD has approved the tap. I do not understand the need for a
letter that will cost the owner a fee for us to write for them.

After looking at this location and the 2" line we have towards the end of our district you were correct in your assumption
that we will only be able to provide service to the 5/8"tap currently at this location.Our guidelines dictate that a 2" line
that is not looped will only support 7-5/8"taps.The tap at this location is the 8th tap.There is just not the capacity to
provide service to a larger tap. Might I suggest a holding tank and booster pump system for the fire station. I believe that
even if we were able to provide a V/'tap, according to the information from Corey Rhodes the %"would not be
adequate and you would still need a booster system to provide the pressure need.

Hi Stan,
As discussed in our phone conversation see attached SD(schematic design) site and building plans and water use
calculations based on 2009 IPC. Let me know how this will effect the existing 2" supply line along east side of WCR 53.
Two inch water line currently dead ends at existing driveway to two story house. If you need more information let me
know.
Also, if you are wondering about existing tap to farm house,we would like to discuss eventually crediting this tap for
new tap to fire station facility.We may need to keep water tap active to farm house for several months during
•construction of fire station facility.
