RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO NORTHEAST COLORADO REGIONAL
EMERGENCY AND TRAUMA SERVICES ADVISORY COUNCIL(RETAC)
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,Colorado,pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County,Colorado,and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Northeast Colorado Regional Emergency
and Trauma Services Advisory Council(RETAC),and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Mitch Wagy be reappointed to said board as
the alternate member;and to reappoint Dave Bressler as a regular member,and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Mitch Wagy and Dave Bressler to
said board,both with terms to expire June 30,2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County,Colorado,that Mitch Wagy and Dave Bressler be,and hereby are,reappointed to
the Northeast Colorado Regional Emergency and Trauma Services Advisory Council(RETAC),
both with terms to expire June 30,2014.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of May,A.D.,2012.
