RE: APPROVE CORRECTED RESOLUTION AS TO APPOINTMENT OF REBECCA
WYPERD AS ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board did, by Resolution dated February 6, 2012, appoint Rebecca
Wyperd to serve as the mental health representative, to replace Valerie Duran-Gurule on the
Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, the Resolution should be corrected to state that Rebecca Wyperd be
appointed to said board as the alternate mental health representative, to replace Valerie Duran-
Gurule, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it appropriate to correct the appointment of Rebecca
Wyperd to said board to serve as the alternate representative, with a term to expire
November 1, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Resolution be corrected to show that Rebecca Wyperd be, and
hereby is, appointed as the alternate representative to the Juvenile Community Review Board,
with a term to expire November 1, 2014.
The above and foregoing corrected Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th day of April, A.D., 2012.
