RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING AMENDED USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT,
USR11-0030 (FORMERLY USR-1664), FOR AN OIL AND GAS PRODUCTION
FACILITY IN A PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) ZONE DISTRICT WITH E
(ESTATE), C-1 AND C-2 (COMMERCIAL), R-1, R-2, R-3 AND R-4 (RESIDENTIAL)
ZONE DISTRICTS - BAYSHORE, LLC, CIO KERR-MCGEE OIL AND GAS
ONSHORE, LP
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 22nd day
of February, 2012, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of
hearing the application of Bayshore, LLC, c/o Kerr-McGee Oil and Gas Onshore, LP, 1099 18th
Street, Suite 1800, Denver, Colorado 80202, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by
Special Review Permit, USR11-0030 (formerly USR-1664), for an Oil and Gas Production
Facility in a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zone District with E (Estate), C-1 and C-2
(Commercial), R-1, R-2, R-3 and R-4 (Residential) Zone Districts, on the following described
real estate, to-wit:
Part of the SE1/4 of Section 25, Township 3 North,
Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to
allow adequate time for a hearing to be held before the Planning Commission which was
continued to March 6, 2012, due to prior commitments of the applicant and the representative.
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be continued to March 21, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
March 21, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.

SUBJECT: Continuance of USR11-0030
The Department of Planning Services at the Planning Commission hearing on February 7, 2012,
requested continuance of case number USR11-0030 for Kerr McGee Oil and Gas Onshore LP,Go Matt
Miller and Kelly Carrington, as both applicant representatives were not available due to prior commitments out
of town.
The Planning Commission granted this request, with the Planning Commission hearing date
rescheduled to March 6, 2012.
Given the continuance of case number USR11-0030 from February 7, 2012 to March 6, 2012, the
scheduled Board of County Commissioner hearing of February 22, 2012 requires a continuance
until March 21, 2012.
