RE: ESTABLISHING THE NEIGHBORHOOD TO BE SERVED, DESIGNATING A
COMMISSIONER TO MAKE ON-SITE INSPECTION AND SETTING THE HEARING
DATE CONCERNING THE APPLICATION OF CARPO, LLC, AND 7-ELEVEN, INC.,
DBA 7-ELEVEN STORE #39510, FOR A RETAIL 3.2% LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, at a public
meeting on the 2nd day of May, 2012, heard evidence to assist said Board in establishing the
neighborhood to be served, designating the Commissioner to make the on-site inspection, and
setting the hearing date concerning the application of Carpo LLC & 7-Eleven Inc, dba 7-Eleven
Store #39510, 3914 CO Hwy 119, Longmont, Colorado 80504, for a Retail 3.2% Liquor License,
and
WHEREAS, the Board did determine that the following described area should comprise
the neighborhood to be served concerning said application, to-wit:
Sections 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, and 16 all in Township 2
North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that Commissioner Rademacher should be
designated to make the on-site inspection concerning said application, and
WHEREAS, the Board further determined that the hearing to consider said application
shall be scheduled for May 21, 2012, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the above described area be, and hereby is, established as the
neighborhood to be served concerning the application of Carpo, LLC, and 7-Eleven, Inc., dba
7-Eleven Store #39510, for a Retail 3.2% Liquor License.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Commissioner Rademacher be, and
hereby is, designated to make the on-site inspection concerning said application.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the hearing date concerning said
application be, and hereby is, scheduled for May 21, 2012, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.

Our office has received an application for a Retail 3.2% Liquor License from Carpo LLC &
7-Eleven Inc, dba 7-Eleven Store #39510, 3914 CO Hwy 119, Longmont, Colorado 80504. All
application requirements have been met and all fees have been paid. Due to publication and
posting requirements, I recommend the hearing be set for May 21, 2011, at 9:00 a.m.
The neighborhood to be served for this license is as follows:
Sections 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, and 16 all in Township 2
North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado

Pursuant to the liquor laws of the State of Colorado, Carpco LLC and 7-Eleven Inc, dba 7-
Eleven Store #39510, 3914 CO Highway 119, Longmont, Colorado 80504 has requested the
licensing officials of Weld County, Colorado, to grant a Retail 3.2% Liquor License in sealed
containers not for consumption at place where sold
DATE OF APPLICATION: March 20, 2012
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, has declared that the
neighborhood to be served will be as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Sections 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 14,
15, and 16 all in Township 2 North, Range 68 West of the
6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, Weld County, Colorado
The public hearing on said license will be held in the Chambers of the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County Colorado, Weld County Administration Building, 1150 O Street,
Assembly Room, Greeley, Colorado 80631, on May 21, 2012, at 9:00 a.m.
If a court reporter is desired, please advise the Clerk to the Board, in writing, at least five days
prior to the hearing. The cost of engaging a court reporter shall be borne by the requesting
party. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you require special
accommodations in order to participate in this hearing, please contact the Clerk to the Board's
Office at (970) 336-7215, Extension 4226, prior to the day of the hearing.
