Water Supply Information
There is no existing water source for the property. Noble will have a restroom facility in the
office building. Water for the restroom facility will be provided via a future commercial well to
be permitted through the State of Colorado Division of Water Resources.

Sewage Disposal Information
Noble will each obtain a permit to install a septic system for their restroom facilities in the office
on the property. In addition, Noble would like to place a portable toilet near the load/unload
areas for truck drivers to use. The drivers will not have access to the permanent restroom
facilities in the office due to Homeland Security restrictions. The portable restroom will have
hand washing facilities.
