RESOLUTION
APPOINTING DISTRICT SUPERVISOR
PEST WEED CONTROL DISTRICT - 1976
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that a
supervisor be appointed for each of the Pest Control
Districts as follows, to-wit:
Eaton Ault District #VI - Orval Ruth
and,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, believes it to be in the best
interests of the County to appoint said supervisor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that
the aforementioned supervisor be appointed for the year
1976, to serve at the pleasure of the Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on
motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following
vote this 16thday of June , 1976.

SUBJECT: Appointment of Weed Supervisor
At an earlier date, we had requested the Board to appoint
the various Weed District Supervisors. They were appointed,
but one man, Bryan Page, refused the appointment.
We are hereby requesting that Orval Ruth, 2200 37th Street
#37, Evans, CO be appointed as the supervisor for the Eaton,
Ault District #VI. Mr. Ruth is employed now and is receiving
training in the position.
