Consider Lease Agreement and Agreement for the Provision of Community
Corrections Services with Intervention Community Corrections Services (ICCS)
and authorize Chair to sign
Date: June 26, 2013
County Attorney, Bruce Barker and I have made certain updates and revisions to the two (2)
above noted documents and both were presented to you and discussed at an earlier Work
Session. The most notable change involves the Lease Agreement, which now includes language
outlining under what conditions ICCS may use the facility as a Community Return to Custody
Facility (CRCF) to house certain parole violators, not to exceed 15 beds, and as set forth in their
pending independent contract with the Department of Corrections.
Both agreements would go into effect on July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. They are now
before you for your final review and approval.
Thank you.
