A public hearing was conducted on September 4, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., with the following
present:
Commissioner William F. Garcia, Chair
Commissioner Douglas Rademacher, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Sean P. Conway
Commissioner Mike Freeman
Commissioner Barbara Kirkmeyer
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Susan Brown
Assistant County Attorney, Brad Yatabe
Planning Department representative, Tiffane Johnson
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated August 2, 2013, and duly published
August 7, 2013, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request
of Ronald Hulstrom, do SureSite Consulting Group, LLC, for a Site Specific Development Plan
and Use by Special Review Permit, USR13-0029, for a 130 -foot Telecommunication Tower in
the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Brad Yatabe, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter
of record.
Tiffane Johnson, Department of Planning Services, stated that, on August 20, 2013, the
Planning Commission granted a continuance, at the request of the applicant, to September
17, 2013. Therefore, the applicants respectfully request a continuance of this hearing as well, in
order to address co -location service requirements.
Commissioner Conway moved to continue the request of Ronald Hulstrom, do SureSite
Consulting Group, LLC for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review
Permit, USR13-0029, for a 130 -foot Telecommunication Tower in the A (Agricultural) Zone
District, to October 2, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner
Rademacher, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was
completed at 10:22 a.m.
