RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO WELD COUNTY EMERGENCY
MEDICAL/TRAUMA SERVICE COUNCIL BYLAWS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Amendment to the Weld County
Emergency Medical/Trauma Service Council Bylaws, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 28th day of August, 2013, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter approximately four weeks to
allow adequate time to review the amendment's provisions for council seats.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to September 23,
2013, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 28th day of August, A.D., 2013.
