RE: Knaus Subdivision
Letter of Credit No. 13
Dear Mr. Olson:
This letter is to advise you that Mr. Knaus has paid the fees
necessary to extend the Letter of Credit to its termination date June 2,
1978.
The Knaus' , and the Bank for that matter, have been somewhat dis-
appointed in that there has been no provision made by the county to reduce
the amount of liability under the letter of credit as was originally agreed,
nor have we had any correspondence with the county in connection with the
letter of credit.
We presume the subdivision is progressing satisfactorily, and hope
that the paving improvements now in progress may be finished by late
spring.
