this part before commencing business or operations.
Alteration or Changes to the License or Permit. Alterations or changes in the original license or permit or in duplications thereof violates 1.8 U.S.C.
10411, an offense punishable by imprisonment for not more than 5 ,ears and/or a fine of not more than S250,000.
