At the request of the County Attorney, we are making application for the permit in the name of the Greeley Country Club since we will be primarily responsible for the conduct of the fireworks display. We have ordered the fireworks from aa--n» o - f-Gtate supplier and have contracted with the Western Hills Fire Department to actually operate the firing of the display. It is our understanding that the County Attorney feels the permit should be issued in the name of the Greeley Country Club rather than the Western Hills Fire Department. In compliance with the Statute, we are enclosing a Bond in the amount of $1, 000. 00 which will be effective if you grant this application for a permit.
