For over 15 years we used a dump south of Briggsdale located on private property which was not utilized by the owners. Our County maintained this dump for several years. Because many from other communities used this dump, it became a problem for surrounding land owners, and was closed by order of the Commissioners. Perhaps proper fencing would have eliminated this problem. The Commissioners order to close this dump has created a serious problem as we now have no place to dispose of our trash within reasonable driving distance. There are no trash men or trash service because it is econ— omically unfeasible. We have noticed some have begun dumping in ditches and on private property.
