Dear Revenue Owner:
Enclosed is your current revenue check which reflects payment for May oil and April gas and any prior
month adjustments. We apologize for the confusion with regards to your June check payment.
Sundance had made several acquisitions over the past few months, all of which had different payment
dates, so in order to standardize the payments we used the different State statutes to standardize the
dates, which require us to pay oil proceeds within 60 days after the month of production for oil and 90
days after the month of production for gas. However, if you have a lease that states different payment
terms we have tried to identify all of them and are making the payments according to your lease terms.
Since the decision was reached after your check was mailed to you in May we didn't have a system in
place to send letters to all of the check addresses in June and therefore you were not notified until now,
again I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and we thank you for your patience
during this realignment period. In the future, your revenue check will be issued around the 18th of each
month, starting with this month.
