Dear Sirs:
Reviews, reports and studies prepared by and for the County
Council in regard to lease-purchasing or leasing of road
equipment and automobiles indicate that in these areas this
is a costly, expensive procedure. It is our conclusion that
the Weld County Commissioners should adopt the policy of not
engaging in any leasing or lease-purchasing except on a
temporary or emergency basis.
We would welcome an opportunity to discuss these matters
with you.
