POINTMENT OF MICHAEL WALLACE AS WELD COUNTY REGIONAL
COMMUN ATION CENTER DIRECTOR
WHEREAS, th= oard of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and t' : Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs o ' eld C. u . , Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Dire• or o the Weld County Regional Communications Center is
responsible for the efficient func in and coordination of all aspects of Weld County Public Safety
Communications, including the .mmunication Center, county towers and radio infrastructure
management, and
WHEREAS, the position of th \Directof the Weld County Regional Communications
Center shall be within the Department o - ublic Health and Environment, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advis iippolnt' Michael Wallace as the Director of the
Weld County Regional Communications Cent effective March 4, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED : the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
