I have attached two documents that show the sales price of units in the same complex in the time frame you requested we work within. Unit 413 sold on 11-30-2011 for $77,500. It is the same size as mine and has the same amenities. Unit 518 sold on 5-31-2012 for $43,000. On an adjusted sq foot value would put my unit at $67,188. I am asking for a value of $77,500 for my unit. On another note, I also own unit 414. I sent an appeal in for it and have not had a response from the county on it. I would also ask for the same $77,500 value for it. Would you please consider it also?
