RE: APPROVE AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN - WOW BUBBLES, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Amendment to a Professional Service
Agreement between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Weld County Fair Board, and WOW Bubbles, LLC,
commencing from the date of execution by the Board of County Commissioners, for the 2013 Weld
County Fair, with further terms and conditions being as stated in said amendment, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said amendment, a copy
of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Amendment to the Professional Service Agreement between the County
of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on
behalf of the Weld County Fair Board, and WOW Bubbles, LLC, be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to
sign said amendment.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 10th day of June, A.D., 2013.

Professional Services Agreement 2013 Weld County Fair
THIS Amendment to the AGREEMENT entitled Weld County Board of Commissioners WOW Bubbles LLC.
Professional Services Agreement 2013 Weld County Fair is made this 215k day of m
2013, by and between the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, 1150 O St eet, Greeley,
Colorado 80632, hereinafter referred to as "County," on behalf of the Weld County Fair Board, and WOW
Bubbles LLC., 905 McIntire Street, Boulder, CO 80829, represented by Stephanie Sloim, hereinafter referred to
as "Contractor."
The terms of the Agreement entitled Weld County Board of Commissioners WOW Bubbles LLC.
Professional Services Agreement 2013 Weld County Fair, approved on May 1, 2013, by the Board of Weld
County Commissioners pursuant to Resolution 2013-1050 shall be amended by mutual agreement of the parties as
follows:
• Contractor shall provide twice as much equipment and personnel as contemplated in the Agreement in
order to double the amount of bubble rides to be offered to attendees of the 2013 Weld County Fair on the
dates and times specified in the Agreement.
• In exchange for providing the additional equipment and personnel, County agrees to pay an additional
$4500.00 (four -thousand five -hundred dollars), or portion thereof as calculated pursuant to terms of the
Agreement relating to partial performance, in addition to the $4500.00 (four -thousand five -hundred
dollars) already specified in the Agreement.
• Should conflicting terms exist between the Agreement and this Amendment, the terms of this Amendment
shall prevail. Apart from the terms of this Amendment, all other terms of the Agreement shall remain in
full force and effect.
