RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS, REAPPOINTMENT, AND REASSIGNMENT TO HUMAN
SERVICES COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Human Services Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Ryan Gray be appointed to said committee
as a Private Sector Representative, to replace Cornelia Dietz, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Rose Kinane be appointed to said
committee as a Low -Income Representative, to replace Kevin Thompson, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Debbie Drew be reappointed to said
committee as the Designee of Elected Official, and
WHEREAS, the Committee deems it advisable to make these designations to said
committee, all with terms to expire on December 31, 2015, and
WHEREAS, it has been also recommended that Jodi Hartmann be reassigned from her
position as a Low -Income Representative on said committee to a Private Sector Representative
for the remainder of her term ending on December 31, 2014, and
WHEREAS, the Committee deems it advisable to make the aforementioned changes to
said committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that that the aforementioned persons be, and hereby are, reassigned,
reappointed and appointed to these positions as representatives on the Human Services
Committee, with their respective terms to expire as described above.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 11th day of February, A.D., 2013.
