Michelle Martin, Planner b'inu STy es childcare & preschool May 20, 2013 To: Hearst (Bud) and Nancy Pressly, As you know, we (John and Jen Jaquish) are progressing towards opening a Daycare at our residence: 9350 County Road 13, Firestone, CO 80504. We will have a maximum of 12 children (including our daughter Jersey) and one outside employee. The peak hours of operation will be during drop off and pick up —from 6am — 7:30am, and from 4:30pm — 6pm. There should be no more than 12 vehicles trips during each peak time. In order to address concerns of the Firestone Town Staff regarding the care and safety around the Firestone Trail, we are proposing to implement the below items. We are proposing to leave the existing easement in place and a new easement agreement will be created for the Use by Special Review application. The agreement will include the items that are proposed in this letter. If you are in support of our plans and these modifications being made, please sign below. 1. One "Stop" Sign placed at the bottom of the driveway. 2. Two "Yield to Pedestrian" Signs placed on both sides of the Firestone Trail. 3. Asphalt or Roadbase to be laid in our driveway as well as up to the Trail. (Will not be laid on the West side of the Trail.) 4. Commitment to have the driveway plowed each morning after heavy snowfall. We appreciate your support.
