HomeMy WebLinkAbout790736.tiff f • a RESOLUTION RE: ACCEPTANCE OF STREETS IN INDIAN HILLS SUBDIVISION INTO THE WELD COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM FOR MAINTENANCE. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering Services has recom- mended that the streets in Indian Hills Subdivision be accepted for full maintenance and added to the Weld County Road System as gravel streets, and WHEREAS, those streets being accepted for full maintenance and added to the Weld County Road System are as follows : Indian Drive . 24 miles 60 ' wide Cherokee Drive . 29 miles 60 ' wide TOTAL MILES . 53 miles NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the abovementioned streets located in Indian Hills Subdivision, be, and hereby are, accepted for maintenance and added to the Weld County Road System as gravel streets . The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of November, A. D. , 1979. Subdivision Administrator Subject: Acceptance of Streets in Indian Hills Subdivision Indian Hills Subdivision 's dedication of right-of-way was accepted by Weld County in 1964. For the past several years the County has maintained the streets in Indian Hills. Said streets appear to be above average gravel streets. This office recommends to accept the streets in Indian Hills Subdivision as gravel streets for full maintenance and add same to the Weld County Road System.
