RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING DEED OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC HIGHWAY
- DOREEN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Deed of Dedication for Public Highway,
with Doreen Development Corporation, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 30th day of September, 2013, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter approximately three (3) weeks
to allow the Board of County Commissioners adequate time to schedule a work session.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to October. 7,
2013, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 30th day of September, A.D., 2013.
