The purpose of this letter is to inform your office that Upstate Colorado Economic
Development, as sub -grantee, desires to change the BLF Administrator per exhibit B
Sec. 4(4.3) of CDBG Agreement from Eric Berglund to Robert Hinderaker, effective
upon approval from your office. The reason for this change is Mr. Berglund now serves
as President & CEO of Upstate Colorado and has hired Mr. Hinderaker as VP -Finance.
Mr. Hinderaker has 35 years of banking experience. This experience includes
developing and managing loan portfolios and serving as Chief Lending Officer.
We appreciate the support received from the State and look forward to fully utilizing
CDBG resources to expand job growth opportunities in Northern Colorado. Please give
me a call if you have questions or would like to discuss this change in more detail.
