As advertised, this bid is to replace the roof on the Extension building at Island Grove. The low bid is
from Southern Colorado Roofing. However, they withdrew their bid due to a clerical error in the
submission. The second low bid was from Central States Roofing.
Therefore, Buildings & Grounds is recommending the bid be awarded to Central States Roofing in the
amount of $140,184.
