RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that a certain tract of land,
being the property of Frank G. Reeman, Eaton, Colorado, and more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section
5, Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th
P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner (NW Cor) of
said Section 5, and considering the West line of
the Northwest Quarter (NW+++) of said Section 5,
as bearing South 00°17'25" East, with all other
bearings contained herein relative thereto;
Thence South 00°17'25" East, along the West
line of the Northwest Quarter (NW') of said Sec-
tion 5, 2238. 30 feet;
Thence South 87°22'50" East, 863. 00 feet;
Thence South 00°17'25" East, 413. 00 feet to a
point on the South line of the Northwest Quarter
(NWI) of said Section 5;
Thence South 87°22'50" East, along the South line
of the Northwest Quarter (NW+) of said Section 5,
821. 37 feet to the middle line of the Forfar Lateral;
Thence following the middle line of the Forfar
Lateral in general as follows:

point on the North line of the Northwest Quarter (NW+)

said Section 5, said point being the Point of Beginning.
Said described parcel of land contains 85, 940 Acres,
more or less,
does not come within the purview of the definition of the terms "subdivision"
and "subdivided lands" as set forth in CRS 106-2-33 (a) and (b) 1963, as
amended, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of
Weld, State of Colorado, desires to exempt this particular division of
land upon the recommendation of the Weld County Zoning Administrator
for the reasons as stated and pursuant to its authority under CRS 106-2-33
(d), 1963, as amended,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the hereinabove de-
scribed tract of land owned by Frank G. Reeman, Eaton, Colorado, be

exempt from the definition of the terms "subdivision" and "subdivided
land" as provided for in the new Weld County Subdivision Regulations
at Section 2-1, A. , (3) adopted August 30, 1972.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of
February, A.D. , 1975.

Dear Sirs:
The attached plat, application, and other items are in reference to
a request, by Frank G. Reeman, for a recorded exemption. The parcel
in question contains 85.94 acres of-Tirigated-iiiiiittaturcan land.
Based on the information submitted and Weld County Regulations, the
Planning staff recommends approval for the following reasons:
1 . The proposed split complies with Section 9-2, the intent clause,
of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations in that non-productive
agricultural lands are being developed for higher uses.
2. The proposed split conforms to the Weld County Comprehensive Plan
in that prime agricultural land is to be utilized.
3. All items for submission have been completed.

FRANK G. REEMAN, of lawful age, being first duly sworn
upon oath, deposes and says:
That this Affidavit is made for the purpose of complying with
the requirements of the Recorded Exemption Application as they apply to furnishing
evidence that an adequate supply of domestic water exists for each lot.
Affiant states that Lot B, as shown on the attached Plat,
consisting of 84.770 acres more or less, is farm land and has no residential
improvements located on the same; that said farm lands do not require the use of a
domestic water supply.
That Affiant is the owner of a domestic water tap purchased
from the North Weld County Water District and which furnishes more than an
adequate supply of domestic water for the residence located on Lot A of the said
attached Survey Plat.
In support of the requirement that evidence be furnished of an
adequate means for the disposal of sanitary sewage, Affiant states that the residence
located on said Lot A has utilized satisfactorily for many years past a septic sewage
system. Since the contemplated use of Lot B, if the Recorded Exemption Application
/ system
is granted, is for farming purposes only, a sewagd is not deemed necessary for use
in connection with the ownership and operation of said Lot B.
Affiant further says that if the Recorded Exemption Application is
granted, Affiant will forthwith convey Lot A to his son James F. Reeman and his
daughter-in-law, Susan K. Reeman; and Affiant will forthwith convey Lot B to his two
sons, James F. Reeman and Francis Jack Reeman, who presently operate a partner-
ship known Reeman Bros.
