Subject: HVAC Upgrade Centennial Center; Bid #B1300161
As advertised, this bid is to upgrade the original pneumatic HVAC controls to direct digital controls for
the entire complex which includes four buildings: Centennial South, Plaza East, Plaza West, and the
Courthouse. The project is expected to take 6-9 months to complete and result in reduced energy
consumption through HVAC optimization and operational sequencing. The low bidder is from SetPoint
Systems Corp. and meets specifications.
Therefore, Buildings & Grounds is recommending the bid be awarded SetPoint Systems in the amount of
$770,098.
