RE: APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER #3 CONCERNING WELD COUNTY ROAD 13 ,
PROJECT #2721.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Change Order #3 in the amount of $58,458 . 00 con-
cerning Weld County Road 13 , Project #2721 has been presented
to the .Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to approve said
Change Order #3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Change Order #3 in the
amoung of $58,458. 00 concerning Weld County Road 13, Project
#2721 be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of
September, A.D. , 1979 .
