RE: GRANT REQUEST TO VACATE RUTH PLACE IN WATTENBURG, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has received a petition concerning the vacation of
Ruth Place in Wattenburg, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Ruth Place is located between Blocks 5 and 8 and
Blocks 6 and 7 in Wattenburg, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Engineering Services of Weld
County, Colorado has studied said request and recommends that
Ruth Place in Wattenburg, Colorado be vacated subject to
utility easements, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has considered
the request and the recommendations of the Department of Engineering
Services , and finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request to vacate
Ruth Place in Wattenburg, Colorado be, and hereby is , granted
subject to acquisition of utility easements on Grace Street.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of
June, A.D. , 1979 .
