WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, has reviewed the request of Mr. & Mrs. Floyd Fredric- 0 ni CJ kson, for an exemption from the definition of "subdivision" c and "subdivided land" in Section 30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973, as M amended, and Section 2-1 of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that Mr. & Mrs. Fredrickson are the owners of a parcel of land lying in Part of the NEa of Section 15, Township 6 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. The Fredricksons purchased 81 acres in the aforementioned section by Warranty Deed in April of 1977 and are requesting this subdivision exemption for the purpose of obtaining financing to close a loan for a new residence on the 5 acres. For subdivision purposes, the 81 acre parcel will not be a separate lot. The 5 acre parcel will not be a separate lot since it was created for financing reasons only. The legal descriptions for the five acre parcel and the total 81. 192 parcel are more fully set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated here- in by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the aforementioned tracts of land owned by the applicant, be, and hereby are, declared to be exempt from the definition of " subdivision" and "subdivided land" as set forth in Section 30-28-101 (10) , CRS 1973, as amended, and in Section 2-1 of the Weld County Sub- division Regulations, and further finds that said tract shall be considered a single lot. � �� 780839 23 1'74733i 3 :z The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of March, A.D. , 1978.
