As advertised, this bid is for a 'A -Ton 4X4 Extended Cab Long Box Pickup. The low bid was from Pro
Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. However, this bid did not meet specifications as the proposed equipment
was for a short bed and the specifications were for a long bed.
The second low bid was from Sill Terhar Motors. It did meet specifications. Therefore, Buildings &
Grounds is recommending the bid be awarded Sill Terhar Motors.

Clerk's Note: Pursuant to Section 5-4-30.A.3 Bid regulations of the Weld County
Code, the Board voted to accept the 4th low bid from Spradley Barr Ford Lincoln,
giving preference to a resident County bidder with a bid that was deemed com-
petitive in price and quality.
