RESOLUTION
RE: GRANTING OF BUILDING PERMIT TO JAMES C. GIGGY ON CERTAIN
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 32,
TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, RANGE 64 WEST, 6th P.M. , WELD COUNTY,
COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, are vested with the authority of managing the affairs
of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that certain cir-
cumstances have developed which would justify the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado to authorize a building
permit on the following described real estate, to-wit:
The South 320 feet of the NEQ of Section 32 ,
Township 5 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado, lying north and west of
the Gilmore Canal except the south 60 feet
containing 7. 4 acres more or less, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that James C. Giggy be,
and hereby is, granted a building permit on the above described
parcel of land subject to the approval of the access to the pro-
perty by the County Engineer of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant
to Section 13 C (2) of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations , and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the building permit issued under
this Resolution is not in any way intended to relieve or absolve
the perpetrators of the violation or violations of any possible
civil or criminal laws, but is merely intended to prevent any
unjust treatment to innocent victims .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote this ,may day of
December, A.D. , 1976.
