mineral interest of 26.66667 net mineral acres in and to the NW4 of Sec. 21 only. Brokerage title
(Exterra) covering the NE4-20 shows the same mineral ownership as the NW4-21. Thus, Thomas L.
Mullins conveyed 'h of his 1/8 interest under the NE4-20 and NW4-21 to Pleasant Grove Holdings, LLC by
Mineral Deed at Rec. # 3786004, and his remaining V, of 1/8 interest to AED Group, LLC by Mineral Deed
at Rec. # 3865648. Pleasant Grove Holdings, LLC conveyed all of its interest to Centennial Mineral
Holdings, LLC by Mineral Deed at Rec. # 3786005. AED Group, LLC conveyed 1/16 of its interest to JRH
Energy, LLC by Mineral Deed at Rec. # 3903111. I have subtracted a 1/16 mineral interest from the
