RESOLUTION
I RE: ADOPTION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE WELD COUNTY ZONING RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
., Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home _
tr. Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
r- affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and •
• . WHEREAS, on July 19, 1978, the Board of County rnmmissioners

N of Weld County, Colorado held a public hearing to consider pro-

.. posed amendments to Section 3.3.E.4 of the Weld County Zoning .

o Resolution, and
WHEREAS, the Board heard the testimony and statements of those
,. ?+ present, and heard and considered the recommendations of the W

• 0 Weld County Planning Commission formulated on July 18, 1978, and
WHEREAS, the Board finds that it is in the best interests
of the citizens of Weld County to adopt the proposed amendments ,
as reviewed by the Weld County Planning Commission with one (1) • .
• amendment for clarification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
• stoners of Weld County, Colorado that Section 3.3.E.4 of the Weld •
• County Zoning Resolution, be and hereby is, amended by the addi- . A
• , ` e tion of the following uses to the list of special uses found in +
said section: •
