Attached is a bid tabulation and supporting documents for the 2013 Steel Bid. The recommendations for
award per category are as follows:

Recommend the low bid submitted by Big R Bridge for both round and arch pipe be approved and awarded.
Corrugated Plastic Pipe
Recommend the sole bid submitted by DBE Manufacturing for all plastic pipe be approved and awarded:
