Weld County social media sites should be used primarily to disseminate County generated communications. Comments posted by authorized publishers must be related to official County business and must not contain personal opinions. For those social media sites which have comments enabled, the following comment policy applies, and publishers are encouraged to link to the comment policy as appropriate. The purpose of this social media site(s) is to provide information about Weld County services and programs, as well as other information that is of public interest to residents, businesses and visitors. We encourage you to submit your questions, comments, and concerns, but please note that this is not a public forum. This is a moderated online discussion site which is similar to a public meeting of the Board of County Commissioners. As such, Weld County reserves the right to delete comments based on any of the following: 1. Vulgar language; 2. Personal attacks of any kind; 2013-2268 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board if any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held or decided to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof. The Board of County Commissioners hereby declares that it would have enacted this Ordinance in each and every section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, and phrase thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses, or phrases might be declared to be unconstitutional or invalid.
