RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR
NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Trustees for North Colorado
Medical Center, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Louise Giuliano be appointed to said board,
replacing trustee Ryan Mayeda, and that Brandon Houtchens be reappointed, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Louise Giuliano, and reappoint
Brandon Houtchens to said board, each with a term to expire January 11, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the aforementioned appointment and reappointment be made to
the Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, with terms to expire January 11,
2016.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 6th day of February, A.D., 2013.
