This letter is written on behalf of Anadarko E&P Company LP and Anadarko Land
Corp. ("Anadarko Entities") and also Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas Onshore LP ("Kerr-McGee")
with respect to your request for a waiver concerning correct notice of a hearing for an
application for a site specific development plan and special review permit that has been filed
by John Moser ("Applicant") with Weld County ("County) for property located within a
portion iof the E/2SE/4 of Section 29, Township 3 North, Range 65 West, specifically
described as a portion of Lot A and Lot B of RE 2570 ("Property").
The Anadarko Entities own minerals that underlie the Property, and Kerr-McGee own
oil and gas leasehold interests in the Property.
As we discussed in our telephone conversation on March 4, the Anadarko entities
received notice of a hearing before the Weld County Planning Commission by letter dated
January 29, 2013; however the notice letter indicated that the date of the hearing was March 5,
2012, instead of the correct date of March 5, 2013,
This letter constitutes a waiver by the Anadarko Entities and Kerr-McGee as mineral
interest owners to the receipt of correct notice of a hearing scheduled to be held on March 5,
2013 before the Planning Commission for Weld County pursuant to Colorado Revised
Statutes §§ 24-65.5-103, 30-28-133, and 31-23215 as follows:

Glen wasn't sure whether he could get a signed letter from Noble. In light of the project being funded by Noble, I told
Glen that he could put on the record the waiver and get us a letter later. I also told him to do the same with
Anadarko/Kerr-McGee since the legal description got screwed up in the signed letter.
