The Board of Weld County Commissioners and the
Weld County Department of Public Works have
completed the initial draft of the Weld County Road
49 Access Control Plan. The goal of the plan is to
preserve and enhance the functional integrity of WCR
49 in order to efficiently move people and goods
along the corridor in the safest manner possible.

with the community on August 28, 2013, at 5:30 p.m.
at the Big Foot Turf Farm located at 22455 WCR 49.
Staff will be in attendance to answer questions about
the plan and to provide information about the future of
WCR 49. Dinner will be served at this meeting.
