RE: ACCEPT PROPOSAL AND APPROVE TRANSFER OF TAX LIEN SALE
CERTIFICATES - COLORADO RECOVERY PROPERTIES LTD II PARTNERSHIP
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a proposal from Colorado Recovery
Properties LTD II Partnership to purchase the following Tax Sale Certificates from the County of
Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on
behalf of the Treasurer's Office, for the total amount of $52,901.95:
1. Tax Sale Certificate 2007-0633 (Acct No. R3895105; Parcel
No. 0959-24-3-36-003; legal description of EVS EBPC2 UNIT 3 BLDG 2 Evans
Business Park Condo PH II), situs address of 3620 35th Ave 3, Evans, County of
Weld, State of Colorado 80631;
2. Tax Sale Certificate 2007-0634 (Acct No. R3895205; Parcel
No. 0959-24-3-36-004; legal description of EVS EBPC2 UNIT 4 BLDG 2 Evans
Business Park Condo PH II), situs address of 3620 35th Ave 4, Evans, County of
Weld, State of Colorado 80631;
3. Tax Sale Certificate 2007-0635 (Acct No. R3895305; Parcel
No. 0959-24-3-36-005; legal description of EVS EPBC2 UNIT 5 BLDG 2 Evans
Business Park Condo PH II), situs address of 3620 35th Ave 4, Evans, County of
Weld, State of Colorado 80631, and
WHEREAS, no property taxes have been paid on these properties since 2006, and the
current amount of past due taxes and interest on Parcel No. 0959-24-3-36-003, Tax Lien
Certificate Number 2007-0633 is $17,734.06, on Parcel Number 0959-24-3-36-004, Tax Lien
Certificate Number 2007-0634 is $17,734.06, and on Parcel Number 0959-24-3-36-005, Tax Lien
Certificate Number 2007-0635 is $17,433.83, and
WHEREAS, the proposed transfer to Colorado Recovery Properties LTD II Partnership
will return the properties to use and to the tax rolls of the County, and
WHEREAS, after review, and in accordance with Section 39-11-122, C.R.S., the Board
deems it advisable to accept said proposal and approve said transfer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the proposal from Colorado Recovery Properties LTD II Partnership, to
purchase Tax Sale Certificates 2007-0633, 2007-0634, and 2007-0635 from the County of Weld,
State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf
of the Treasurer's Office, in the total amount of $52,901.95 be, and hereby is, accepted and
approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that the transfer of Tax Sale Certificates 2007-0633, 2007-0634, and 2007-0635 from
the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, on behalf of the Treasurer's Office, to Colorado Recovery Properties LTD II
Partnership, for the total amount of $52,901.95 be, and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 17th day of July, A.D., 2013.
