RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT,
USR13-0030, FOR MINERAL RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT FACILITIES, INCLUDING
AN OIL AND GAS SUPPORT AND SERVICE FACILITY (WATER DEPOT) IN THE
A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - 70 RANCH, LLC, C/O UNITED WATER AND
SANITATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 4th day of
September, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of
hearing the application of 70 Ranch, LLC, do United Water and Sanitation District, 8301 East
Prentice Avenue, Suite 100, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111, for a Site Specific
Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR13-0030, for Mineral Resource
Development Facilities, including an Oil and Gas Support and Service Facility (water depot) in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District on the following described real estate, to -wit:
All blocks, aka Lots C and D adjacent Davies
Avenue and adjacent Alley — L1 to L9, Block 5 and
adjacent Castle Avenue and adjacent Alley — L1 to
L15, Block 4 and adjacent Castle Avenue and
adjacent Davies Avenue and adjacent Alley; being
part of Section 34, Township 5 North, Range 63
West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be continued to September 18, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., to allow 70
Ranch, LLC, c/o United Water and Sanitation District, adequate time to meet the 30 day mineral
notice requirement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to September 18,
2013, at 10:00 a.m.
