RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Gary Cyr be appointed to said board as a
regular member, to replace Bruce Fitzgerald, and Jim Rohn be appointed to said board as an
alternate member, to replace Bill Hall, and Jason Maxey be reappointed to said board as a regular
member, all with terms to expire July 31, 2016, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Michael Wailes be appointed to said board as
an alternate member, with a term to expire July 31, 2014, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to ratify the aforementioned designations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Gary Cyr, Jim Rohn, Michael Wailes, and Jason Maxey be, and hereby
are, appointed, and reappointed, respectively, to the Board of Adjustment, with terms to expire as
specified above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of August, A.D., 2013.
