RE: APPROVAL OF CONTRACT BETWEEN WELD COUNTY, COLORADO AND
WELD MENTAL HEALTH .CENTER, INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Sheriff's Office - Jail Division
is in need of services in the field of mental health for staff
training, consultation, diagnosis and therapy, and
WHEREAS, a contract between Weld County, Colorado and Weld
Mental Health Center, Inc.. for such services has been presented
to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference, and
WHEREAS, the term of said contract shall be from June 1,
1979 through September 30, 1979 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it
advisable and in the best interests of Weld County, Colorado
to approve said contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the contract between
Weld County, Colorado and Weld Mental Health Center , Inc. con-
cerning services :in the field of mental health for staff
training, consultation, diagnosis and therapy be, and hereby
is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of
June, A.D. , y1979/.�
